If you ordered a 2009 Check Image CD for your PowerChek Checking or Money Market accounts, you will need to download viewer software to view your check images.

As an added security measure to protect the confidentiality of your financial information, each Check Image CD will be encrypted with a password and serial number. Once you receive your CD, you should contact Powerco Federal Credit Union to request a decryption password and a serial number for your CD. Call us Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. (EST) at (404) 506-3750 or 1-800-633-5217 to request these two codes.

To access the CD you will also need to download viewer software to browse, select and view your check images.

After installation of the software, follow the directions included with your CD.

Please note that if you purchased your check images on CD from previous years, you will need to uninstall the old application before installing the new one. You can uninstall it by Add/Remove Programs. The old application will be listed as AFS Image Depot Express.

You’re Invited to Powerco’s Annual Membership Meeting!

All Powerco members are invited to attend Powerco Federal Credit Union’s annual membership meeting on Tuesday, March 23, 2010.

The program will be held in the auditorium of the Georgia Power Company building at 241 Ralph McGill Boulevard in Atlanta. Festivities begin at 4 p.m.
